This building has been empty for a long time, and has featured in many pages on this site.
The building was sold to a developer in summer 2007. He has been unable to complete the intended restoration.
The most recent update is Bonding Warehouse (2011).
There are also a few photos of the interior, as it was in 2011.
In November 2006, bidders were fighting over the place, with an amusing war of words reported by the local Press. One party was accused of wanting to create a "yuppie playpen". He said that the other plan was "a load of old hippy rubbish".
