Payment: all major credit cards as well as business checks are accepted.

Minimum Order: none on the first three orders. Thereafter, the minimum is six of the same item or a mixed order amounting to $200 or more.

Shipment: unless requested otherwise, all orders go out by FedEx Ground before noon on the day following receipt of the order. The cut off time for overnight shipment is 1:00 pm Pacific Time.  The minimum charge for overnight shipping is $25.

Private Labeling: ingredient lists for private labeling can be sent with any order of 108 or more units of the same item.

Export: depending on the regulations of the country in question, we are able to arrange shipments of products intended for use in clinics and private practices. The minimum orders are the same as above, but substantial discounts may be available for large orders that do not require labeling prior to shipping.
